If you've heard more than a couple of these Kasts then you probably already know I'm a huge Melvins fan. They're pretty much the perfect band and obviously they're a huge influence on us. One thing they do really well is covers. They can really take a song and make it their own without losing any of its original appeal. Here's some examples of that:

The Green Manalishi (Fleetwood Mac)
Youth Of America (Wipers)
Lexicon Devil (Germs)

Rocket Reducer # 62 (MC5)
Warhead (Venom)
With Yo' Heart Not Yo' Hands (Malfunkshun)
